There have been indications of alarming seismic activity in Vienna’s city centre: The danger of an unexploded bomb from World War II is real. The operator sends you to the site of the blind shell for a first inspection… but things are not what they seem. Following the successful completion of the Congressman Trilogy, out next goal has been to raise the bar of the Live Adventure experience. Focussing on immersive atmosphere and engaging storytelling, this is much more than a classic escape room, it’s a 90 minute long, premium adventure, in which you play the leading role.

What a fantastic venue. The attention to detail made this game one of the most immersive I have ever done! I would have preferred to play it in a team of 3 so I wouldn't have missed any of the puzzles, but there was no shortage of stuff for us all to do. Some amazing aha moments, and they use the space incredibly well. Cannot wait to see what comes next. If you are in Vienna, at this to your list!

Thrice a TERPECA winner, Going Underground has a firmly established reputation as the top game in Austria. It’s at a separate location to the other Crime Runners rooms, and where the others form a single story, Going Underground seems to be a stand-alone narrative. In this one, you’re a team sent to investigate unexpected seismic activity and a possible bomb left over from World War 2, somewhere beneath the city.

This is a game that starts strong and just keeps going from one cool moment...

A fantastic game which delivers ninety minutes of adventure and puts Vienna firmly on to the escape room map. It’s a game with no weak areas – the decoration, the story, the puzzles, the sense of exploration, the transition between rooms and the special effects are all impressive and combine to create an experience that you shouldn’t miss.
What’s it always say? Save the best for the end! We certainly managed to do that on our Vienna trip. For me as an enthusiast, these are just the kind of escape games it takes to get me on a city break.
Wow.We just came back from a real trip.We played Going underground in Vienna....We had heard that this room was great, but we didn't expect that. We really went out stunned, looked at each other and smiled. Something changed in us that day. I think we're going to start comparing the venues we're going to play in the future to this one. We also realized that we can find little treasures where we don't expect it. But let's go back to the beginning. As you may know, I am Austrian. That's why we...
Going Underground from Crime Runners sent us to explore some strange seismic activity under the city of Vienna. What mysteries did we uncover? And could this new Premium Escape Room deliver?
