It is over a decade since the plague first struck. The human race, as resilient as always, was just starting to thrive once more when a mutation to the plague emerged.
The original cure, designed and manufactured by Unity Pharmaceuticals, is ineffective against this strain and once again people are dying in their thousands.
Panic is rife. Law and order has collapsed.
Having contracted this mutated virus you make your way to an abandoned production facility that used to manufacture the original cure, in the hope that you can synthesise an updated version.
By the time you reach the factory you only have one hour left to uncover the clues and find the ingredients needed to produce the cure.
