quite difficult

Hi, this is the owner of Experios and the creator of Ben’s Big Heist.
Just wanted to let everyone know that we’ve made significant improvements to make the game even more fun and it addresses a few issues mentioned by other reviewers.

WhatsApp is no longer needed, you can now play whenever suits you through our online web portal. A global leaderboard is available for competitive teams.

Haven’t finished within 60 mins? Continue solving the remaining challenges at your own pace. In our next release we'll reduce the wait time for hints from 2 mins to 1 min.

And when purchasing our game, it will now tell you to have a QR code reader ready.
Lastly we’ve updated some of the puzzles to improve the overall experience.

This is the only time we haven't managed to successfully escape a room. The logic is punitive. You are punished with minutes from your time for each hint, each wrong answer and on top of it, 10 minutes of your total time (60 mins, no more) has to be reserved for the escape.  Furthermore, to solve the puzzles you need to use google search, translation, QR reader, and other 3rd party tools that are time-consuming. In my opinion, all the tools needed should be integrated into the game's platform.  The game is not bad itself, it just felt badly balanced time-wise. We really wanted to play all of the content that we paid for, but the time run out so fast due to the punitive logic and we were not able to.

In the end, we finished with a very respectable time – not enough to crown us champions of anything any time soon, but it was a good fun little game to play on a bank holiday Monday afternoon.

Reviewed as a digital only room.  Newsflash – that hour felt very short! Clock ticking down immediately ramps up the tension
