beautiful๐Ÿ˜จcreepy

An immersive set with some lovely creepy moments as you would expect. Even with becoming stuck at the beginning we still managed to escape in just over 30 mins so perhaps a little on the light side with puzzles but very good theming.

immersive๐Ÿ˜จcreepy

Good set and an immersive exeperience. Some creepy props and we all did a bit of screeching, but not horribly scary. There wasn't a large number of puzzles to solve, but because of the layout of the game, that worked for us. It was good fun!

poor hostingquite easy๐Ÿ˜จcreepy

GM was very new and prompted with clues lots which wasn't really necessary, the ending was very flat and left us feeling "oh is that it then"?

The second room we played at Eltham was their Jack The Ripper game, which involves a little gore and jumpiness but is a sufficiently mild form of horror that most players should be fine with it.

Youโ€™re trying to capture the Ripper and believe you have found his lair - where, in the best horror movie tradition of bad decision making, you decide to split up and enter from different directions.

At time of writing, Ripper is the venueโ€™s newest game, and in most respects it looks like a big step up...

The story felt like it was missing something in this game, but the set design was spot on. Some questionable tech as well as some sneaky searching left us feeling a bit confused at times, and like we were guessing more than solving things.
