A solid room by Cryptx, puzzles were definately on the crafty side (in a good way), nice amount of signposting. Worth a visit.

Not an escape room, more of an immersive walkthrough (we spent around 2 hours exploring) but with some seriously impressive theming! Returning soon to see the expansion.

While it starts off fairly linear, this room has what all enthusiasts hope for when they hear the words 'bank' and 'heist': a whole vault full of puzzles to tear into! It's not about spectacular set in here - although it is perfectly immersive - but it is about the flowing gameplay, the plethora of mathematical puzzles and the thrill of getting all 15 gold bars before legging it out the door.

First I would just like to quickly address what was my main concern coming into this room - how scary is it? I don't like loud noises, jump scares, or actors in rooms. I can confirm that this room is VERY TAME. There was no need to worry. The creepiness is done almost entirely with the theming and atmosphere, there were only 2 intentional jump scares and I'm the only 1 who even jumped. So do not let the "scary" theme put you off trying this fantastic room!
After successfully completing Gold Rush, we moved straight onto Chapel, which marked my 50th individual physical room. Just like Gold Rush, the theming was beautiful and they really put some effort into making sure there was an immersive story throughout the room. The puzzles were great and covered various styles, everything made sense and nothing was out of place with the theme. This one definitely stumped us more than Gold Rush, but I think that was due to some lack of observation as there is less signposting in this one.
Overall, I really enjoyed the room, the puzzles were great, and I loved the ending :)

value for moneyoriginalgreat hosting
Another fun, solid room from Escapologist! We've played all of the games that we can here and they have all been great value for money and a lot of fun. This one is very well themed with a LOT to do for a couple of players, we're fairly experience and scraped out by the skin of our teeth! GM and owner Matt is superb, great at gauging how you're doing and assisting/not assisting as required. Puzzles are varied and delightfully, some that we hadn't seen before, which is great when you have played a few rooms!Overall a great room well suited to small or large groups of players, there's plenty to keep everyone occupied and I doubt larger groups will be bored as several puzzles can be worked on at one. Great value for money and definitely opt for the cocktail at the end1
