Ruby Escape Rooms Alkmaar: The Brotherhood

The game has a great atmosphere and is fun from the start, even if we didn't like the first puzzle as much and it felt a bit artificially integrated into the story. The acting is appropriate, but you get the feeling that the room doesn't know whether it wants to be a horror room or not. Even though this average scare factor was obviously chosen deliberately, we're unsure whether true horror fans won't be satisfied and whether timid players will still be put off. The room has the potential to be a very good horror room especially because it's design feels very authentic and the finale is great. All in all, the room is definitely worth a visit. The host was particularly nice and attentive, even responding flexibly to our traffic-related delay.
