Waste of money!

Unfortunately we were unable to complete this room due to age restricted video content which had to be watched via YouTube, rather than on the Escape Town website, and required Age Verification which could take up to 3 days to verify (I wasn't entering my credit card information!).  For a game with a max play time of 3 hrs this made the game unplayable beyond this point.

Nowhere on their site does it mention that Age verification will be required for completion or that you are taken to an outside website.

It was/is impossible to contact 'Escape Town' as their email contact page does not work.

Puzzles - unfortunately many of the answers, numerical codes, were on the 'filler' video which you were unable to access after you moved on to the 'puzzle'. Unless you knew what you were looking for beforehand it was impossible to remember everything that you saw in the disjointed videos and therefore work out the codes.

This is the 2nd one of these online escape rooms we have tried from Escape Town and both of them have failed to deliver. It would appear that they have gone for quantity over quality and are blind to the errors in their games. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but unavailable when playing these games.  

I wouldn't recommend their games.
