You are a member of a centuries old secret organisation, called The Order. For the last hundred years The Order has been sending out small teams of relic hunters, frantically searching the globe, looking for ancient artifacts that they believe to have mystical powers to assist them in their quest for world domination.
Your mission is to search for the Head of Batara Kala, which is believed to be part of Blackbeard’s missing treasure, possibly hidden on the Island of Dead Man’s Chest. The head, when held aloft, is rumoured to have the power to enable whoever holds it to destroy all before them.
You have 60 minutes to find it before the island security team return!

great hosting

A decent room with some nice puzzles (although the audio puzzle that a few reviewers have disliked, I really liked, which just shows how much preferences can vary!) There were a couple of stand-out moments and some enjoyable codes and locks. Ryan, the owner, is super enthusiastic about escape rooms and was really pleasant to talk to.

Good room with a variety of puzzle, we went on a hot day and just remember it was a very warm room.  Great host

For my money, the best game at the venue.  Puzzles are in keeping with the theming of the room, there a couple of puzzles that are a little ambiguous (someone else has mentioned the audio puzzle).  There are a couple of time sinks in the room and light levels does play a part in this (even though they have installed some alleviation on this front).  A fun game that we failed right on the last puzzle.

Having done 20+ escape rooms this is one I would not recommend and I did not particularly enjoy it.  The room has been decorated well but we struggled to understand the order and some of the puzzles in the room did not make sense even when explained afterwards. The sound puzzle was extremely difficult to hear the differences in and another had font on which we found unreadable. However some of the puzzles in the room were fun.  I also did not like the fact that there was a limit to the clues you could get.  While completing this room one of the puzzles had broke luckily the owner came in and sorted it quickly. We booked this room after going to Enigma escape rooms in Hull however this room is along way from the standards of the Enigma escape rooms in Hull and Skegness which are the best rooms we have ever played.

Loved the feel and theme of this room and there’s plenty of puzzles for the entire team to be working on at the same time so it keeps everyone occupied. A very immersive and memorable experience! We had a lot of fun playing this room
