It is very hard to give a true overview of this game without giving things away. You will have read that you are locked in your own coffin, with your team mate in the coffin next to you. The coffins are pretty generous in size (I am 6ft1), very comfortable for most of the game (it gets a bit hot towards the end, so dress lightly). You have 30 minutes to escape, working with your team mate to solve a number of puzzles.
This was the single most fun room that we did in Barcelona. It is unique, as far as I know, and may not suit you if you are genuinely claustrophobic. If you are just a bit worried about it then I urge you to give it a try (and there is an emergency "out" -  make sure you read the final instructions before you sign the waiver, unlike me!). We had an absolute riot. The theming is amazing, the soundscapes are funny and the puzzles make for great team work (even though there are not that many because it is only 30 minutes). You can also tailor the experience yourself - see the details on the website. You might need Google Translate a bit for the website but the game is all fine in English.Do it. You will not regret it!

cleverquite easy😨creepy

Catalepsia is a 30 minute escape game where you and one other person are trapped in your own coffins and need to work your way out. Would describe as creepy rather than scary unless you are claustrophobic. The puzzles are not that complex but as an overall experience it is very different and they have really worked at adding a surrounding environment in terms of the experience. There are so many amazing games in BCN and I wouldn't say a must do in terms of puzzling, but if you want something quick and different then I would recommend it.

Catalepsy: A medical condition in which a person’s body becomes stiff and stops moving, as if dead. With this psychomotor disorder affected people were sometimes given for death and buried alive during the 19th century which is approved by nail marks found inside the coffins after exhumations.
