- British Intelligence Service trying to reach Sherlock Holmes for the mission to find the Queen of England, who has not been heard from for a while, cannot reach Sherlock, either. Then the scene seen by the police who goes to his house is that Sherlock is unconscious beside the body of the queen in his house at Baker Street.
- There is only Sherlock's fingerprint on the gun lying on the floor. Sherlock is then taken into custody as the only and prime suspect. By law, the penalty for killing a royal lineage is execution. There is only one hour left for the court to order Sherlock's execution.
- Dr. Watson believes that his friend is innocent and a victim of a conspiracy. But in this limited time, it is impossible for Watson to prove Sherlock's innocence on his own. Thinking that he could be followed, Dr. Watson sends his most trusted agents to the detective's house to find clues and solve the murder.
